Slider stroke: The slider stroke of a high-speed punch is the distance that the slider passes from top dead center to bottom dead center under no-load conditions. The stroke of the Longmen high-speed punching machine should be such that the blank or semi-finished product can be placed and the molded parts removed. Generally, the stroke required for punching and precision pressing processes is small; the bending and drawing processes require a large stroke. The gantry high-speed punch used for deep drawing parts should have a stroke of at least 2.5 times or more than the height of the finished parts.
